The Park at Triangle Austin

The staff has always made me feel welcome and are quick to accommodate our needs. I love our apartment itself: the sound of the fountain outside, the hardwood floors, the location, and the free parking.

Living at the triangle is pretty good. While we've had some problems in the past, maintenance has always been very responsive with our requests.

Overall, the living situation is great. However, there have been a few insect problems, especially with them in the hallway. In particular, dead cockroaches are soon along the hallway for multiple days in a row.

It’s an amazing community with absolute ton of amenities. Everyone is really nice here, and my neighbors say hi when we see each other in the hallways. Great place to live!

The maintenance crew really shines- they're efficient, respectful, and quick to respond. You can't beat the community events! There's always a great turn out and a generous amount of free goodies.

Overall I do like the Triangle! The only thing that I have ever been frustrated with is getting in contact with the office. It seems as though they never answer the phone or call you back. Once you get in contact with them they are usually pretty quick to fix whatever you need! Mac is honestly the best!! The neighborhood is super nice and love all my neighbors. I feel super safe in my building and that it a huge plus!

Great apartment complex overall. It's clean, rooms are great, extensive amenities, and the free parking is always nice. The only negative is the utility costs tend to be higher here than any other apartment complex I have lived in while in Austin.

I like the property, but the parking garage is very narrow. The office staff is very helpful and kind! The fire alarms go off frequently, which is less-than-desirable.

I have had an awesome time at Infinity residence at the triangle. It is such a great place to live, eat and play. Would recommend to anyone.

I have really enjoyed living in the Triangle versus when I lived in West Campus. The staff is generally receptive to feedback or questions. I mainly just really like the amenities here. The property is kept really nice and I love that! The only thing I would change is the availability of parking and the noise level of my neighbors above me. There isn't much parking on my floor, and a lot of the spaces are reserved spots that don't even have people parking in them. This makes it really hard to bring in groceries or luggage when I have to go up or down three flights of stairs.
