Have had consistent issue with the payment system each month. Autopayment set up has not functioned correctly multiple times and have been charged late payments.

Here's what I love about the Triangle: Right on top of the 801/1/803 bus stops (takes 15 min max to get to class!); In unit washer/dryer; covered attached parking; best gym of any apartment complex I looked at; great walking trails/park so very pet friendly; some of the units have attached yards if you have a pet; good staff/maintenance; 4 min walk to Walgreens; very close to HEB & Central Market (10 min drives); very safe area with lots of retail within 2 min walking distance (Natural Grocers, SolidCore, Orangetheory, Mandolas, Maudie's); far enough away from undergrads so haven't had any issues with noise!

It's been a great experience. I love the amenities and the apartment itself and I'm looking forward to getting to know the community one day as well. Hope everything opens up!

The leasing office here was one of the most responsive and helpful leasing offices I've ever dealt with. Every question I had was answered and everyone was super nice.

Love the community! Everyone is kind and respectful and the whole place is incredible! Im usually walking from building B to C to hangout with my neighbors and enjoy the amenities of the place together.

I like the location and my apartment. I’ve had numerous issues with management, but for now I’ll be staying here due to convenience and keeping the rent the same for next year

I have enjoyed living at the Triangle. It is a great location, close to downtown and my office. Maintenance is always quick to respond when I have an issue and all of the staff are very friendly.

Just moved in, but the move-in process was seamless. Thankful to all at the leasing office for the clarity and brevity throughout - looking forward to living here.
