Apartment and amenities are pretty decent. Location is very convenient. Maintenance staff is incredible. Administrative staff is pretty bad.

The location is the greatest. The apartments need major upgrades. Most of the stuff is not in good condition and old. A lot of improvement needed.

Nice place to live and awesome maintenance helps quickly and efficiently! Convenient for college students as the bus stop is just walk away!

The Staff here is amazing and super helpful. Also the community itself is friendly and inviting. Lastly, the gym, the club house, and all the pools are more than you could ask for. Fully intend on extending lease when the time comes.
